LOSING WEIGHT
[3-6 months]
I’ll meet with you to discuss your health history and hear your goals. From there, we will create a plan tailored to your needs and goals. If you are outside of the UAE, we will do everything through Zoom. The plan usually includes: 1) empowering you to understand your body, and I’ll work alongside you to create a food schedule each week until you are confident enough to do it on your own. I will also help you gain knowledge about food and how to choose the best, healthiest options.

DETOXING THE LIVER
[1 month]
We all need to give our liver a break so it can clean and strengthen itself for another season. I’m here to help you do that. It’s only one month. In the first week, we will have a meeting to hear your story and assess your health. Then, we will start our amazing journey. I’ll be providing you with a schedule each week and will also be available to answer any questions you have.

ADOPTING A NEW, HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
[3 months]
This program is 3 months long, and it offers so much to learn in order to become the person you’ve been dreaming of. To be someone who is healthy in all areas of your life requires a person who is courageous and brave. That’s why I’m here for you.
