Originally from Egypt, I’ve been living in the UAE for nearly 10 years. I’m married and a proud mother of two kids, aged 7 and 3. As a holistic health coach, I go beyond just nutrition; I support individuals in various aspects of their lives to help them lead a healthier lifestyle.
My Story
What led me here...
I became a health coach after I experienced significant struggles with my own health, and I felt that no one, not even doctors, truly understood my pain.
Determined to find answers, I dedicated myself to studying health and wellness to overcome my own challenges.
Once I discovered that there is hope, I felt inspired to help my family and others who might be facing similar struggles, or challenges in different areas of their lives.
My passion for health and well-being led me to study integrative nutrition health coaching, enabling me to empower others to achieve their goals.
As a holistic health coach, I go beyond just nutrition; I support individuals in various aspects of their lives to help them lead a healthier lifestyle.

Your first session is completely free, where we’ll discuss your health needs and goals.
After that, I’ll create a personalized plan for you, and you can decide whether to continue. I have a range of programs tailored to fit your unique needs.
While I’m based in the UAE, I’m happy to connect with you online if you’re located elsewhere. If you’re in the Emirates, we can meet in person, and for those outside the country, we can connect via Zoom.
